Cada Partners Funding Strategy Session Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cada Partners and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Sponsor

The sweepstakes is sponsored by Cada Partners. Contact: nalin@getcada.com.

3. Entry Period

The sweepstakes entry period will be announced on the sweepstakes page. Entries submitted outside the entry period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the grant application form at getcada.com/grant-application during the entry period. Limit one entry per person.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a complimentary Funding Portfolio Strategy engagement, including a technology assessment, agency matching, and 90-day funding roadmap. Approximate retail value: $2,500 USD. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place within 7 business days of the end of the entry period. The winner will be notified by email.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Cada Partners, which are final and binding. Cada Partners reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Cada Partners' Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and will not be sold to third parties.

10. Limitations of Liability

Cada Partners is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur during the entry process.

11. Governing Law

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
