What counts as proof?
  • A forwarded email thread showing your PO replied (preferred)
  • A calendar invite or post-call confirmation from a held PO call
  • The PO's reply forwarded to us with the subject line referencing your Aims doc

For email: paste the full thread including the PO's reply. For a call: include the PO's name, IC, date, and a brief summary of what they said.
